Residual Harmonics 01
Residual Harmonics explores the translation of sound into visual form. Fragments of music are reduced to frequencies and numerical values, then translated into RGB colour codes. These values become part of the constraints used to generate lines, circles, grids and geometric structures. The resulting images are not intended as visual representations of the music. They are traces of a process of translation — from sound to data, from data to colour, and from colour to form. What remains is not the sound itself, but its residue.
